There was a really pleasant woman at reception who allowed us to check in a bit earlier and was very friendly overall. The location is excellent, with several tram lines nearby. There’s also an Aldi supermarket close by, along with many cafes and shops where you can buy anything you need. There was a coffee machine with sugar and coffee creamer provided in the room. The bed was clean, and the room had a TV and everything you might need. Additionally, it was very quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay

I really enjoyed staying in The Botschaft hotel! Staff were very friendly and speak in English and Russian! Hotel is close to Karlshorst S Bahn station. Two minuts away. The Karlshorst station is 10 minutes away to Alexanderplatz. Also Hotel is situated quate close to BER airport. So the location of the hotel is great. Hotel has a good Internat conection. Posible to do skayp calls. Also, I wauld like to point out buteful arcetecture of the neyborhood.

I really liked this little hotel it is really clean and they cleaned it everyday, the staff is really helpful doesnt speak much english but still helped a lot

Hotel located near Karlshorst S Bahn station in Berlin. There are a few shops near hotel. Number ewen for one person is quite big. It has tv and fast wi fi, shower. It was important for me to have spedy internet conection. So the Internet conection in the hotel is good you can make skaype calls. Staff speak in English and Russian.
